Subscription payment: Square. Monthly subscriptions are billed through Square only, so your plan renews automatically each month — no manual payments to chase.

Simple terms — cancel anytime

No long contract. Here's the whole deal, in plain words:

Month-to-month. Your subscription renews monthly, and you can cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for.
No partial-month refunds. If you cancel mid-month, you keep full access until that month ends, and there's no refund for the remaining days.
Done-For-You Setup fee is non-refundable once we've started the setup work.
ID verification checks cost $2.00 per check. By signing up, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method for the checks you run.
How charges appear: monthly charges show on your statement as TurnKey / Solidifi, and we'll email you a reminder before each monthly renewal charge.
If a payment fails, you get a short grace period to fix it. After that, your dashboard and booking page pause until payment is made — your data stays saved.
Your data is yours. You can request an export of your data anytime, and we keep it for 30 days after cancellation before it's deleted.
